Shipping & Collection Information

- All products are made fresh and aim to be ready for dispatch within 3–5 working days.
- I bake from Monday to Friday and post brownie orders daily from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class, which usually takes 1–2 working days. Please note that delays can occasionally occur with Royal Mail, so I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
- Allergy information: Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, I am unable to cater for customers with allergies. Highly allergenic ingredients are regularly handled in my kitchen, and although every effort is made to maintain cleanliness, cross-contamination may occur.
- Once an order has been posted, I cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Free local collection is also available.
