* All the products are aimed to be ready for dispatch within 3-5 working days. 

* I bake Monday to Friday and post brownies daily from Tuesday to Saturday 

* Orders are posted with First Class Stamp which takes 1-2 working days, however some delays with Royal Mail may occur (I can't guarantee 100% exact delivery date)

* For Health and Safety reasons  I don't cater for customers with allergies as I handle highly allergic products in my kitchen daily and some cross contamination may occur 

* Once the item is posted I can not be held responsible for any lost packages.

* It's customer's responsibility to enter correct shipping address.  Items with wrong shipping address are not eligible for refund or replacement.
